The Wine Country Adventure
Join us on an adventure through Algarvian wine country. Not a typical wine tour, we've combined a riverside gourmet picnic a visit to one of the regions most stunning waterfalls, a stop in historic Silves with a curated wine tasting at one of the Algarve's most beautiful vineyards.
Alte - Gourmet Picnic
We'll begin our journey through countryside filled with vines and orange groves to Alte, one of the most typical and unspoiled villages in the region.
- We will visit the Queda do Vigário waterfall ,a 24m drop over the cliffs into a deep pool shaded by fig trees where you can enjoy a swim
- Next we visit Alte, renowned for its natural springs
- There you'll enjoy a riverside picnic of traditional Algarvian fare with local wine and beer pairings
Historic Silves
Next we'll head to Silves where you can wander the streets, visit the castle (optional) and enjoy a refreshing drink at one of Silves oldest wine bars.
Quinta Dos Vales
We'll finish our journey with a visit to Quinta Dos Vales a stunning winery where you can explore their beautiful landscapes gardens and indulge in a delicious wine tasting..

- 6 hour tour Monday to Fridays only
- Start time 11am
- 75 Euros per person
- Pick up by pre arrangement in Carvoeiro & Lagoa area (Please contact us if you require a different pick up place)
- Your friendly guide will speak English & Portuguese
- Tour is in a comfy vintage van with snacks and soft drinks provided
